We encourage our members to establish their account with the right overdraft coverage that fits their lifestyle. Below is information on the options we provide. This will help you determine what will best fit your financial needs. We also offer great financial counseling resources when members need additional assistance and education.
Benefits
We provide overdraft coverage to give members options when it comes to protecting their checking account. While we do not encourage overdrafts, we do understand that life happens, which may result in insufficient funds.
Cost savings: Save members from incurring additional fees from merchants.
Peace of mind: Our objective is to prevent the inconvenience of declined or unpaid transactions so members can get back to moving forward to financial success.
Overdraft Protection
With our Overdraft Protection, we can set up account transfers from a savings, money market or separate checking account, and funds may be transferred to cover the transaction that would overdraw your checking account.

Members can elect to extend this service to their debit card (signature required):

- Standard overdraft fee of $35 per item on transactions greater than $5.00.
- Limit of four overdraft fees per day, per checking account.
- Negative account balance must be paid within 30 days.
- New accounts start with a limit of $150 for the first 30 days.
- After 30 days, a customized limit between $0-$1,750 will be assigned to personal accounts.
